Dr. Xing joined the BME program at STU in 2020 as an Associate Professor. His research is mainly in areas of Biomechanics, Mechanobiology and Rehabilitation Technologies.

Dr. Xing obtained his PHD in Biomedical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, then started Postdoc training at PSU Hershey Medical Center. After that, he worked at Nanoviva Inc. and National Research Center for Rehabilitation Technical Aids, doing research in the areas of Mechanobiology and Rehabilitation Technologies.

Dr. Xing currently has one CNSF grant and participate one National Key R&D program; he has more than 20 papers and applied 8 patents.
